I've just completed GTA 4 earlier this evening, around 20:00 hrs UK London time. Just the right timing! Now I can conveniently move on to another game to play which is none other than the great MGS4.
He needs to be told by someone, whether he listens to it or not. A gamer should essentially be mostly concerned with playing very good console games and enjoying them and having fun. Anyone buying a PS3 for the first time must buy Unchartered. It's simply one excllent game that really shows off the graphical and technical power of the PS3 and it's very enjoyable and fun to play. The storyline was so interesting and immersive. I cant think of no better introductory game to a new PS3 owner.

I'm not dissing the Microsoft or anything like that, but I think it's exclusive line-up just simply does not look interesting to me at all. The only game I can say that might interest me is that Alan Wake game, but the rest? Nah not enough to raise my eyebrows, well at least not yet anyways.

Despite GTA 4's shortcomings and minor flaws, I still think it's a great game. It's well-made, looks good and it's still fun to play. I've more or less completed the game now, I just gotta go to Roman's wedding. GTA 4 is still a must-have title for any current-gen gamer out there.
I just cannot understand why Rockstar did not add all the best and main features from San Andreas and Vice City and add them to what was already planned for GTA 4. I still feel there could have been other newer features and mission ideas that could have been implemented in GTA 4, Rockstar had the chance to do this from scratch and they just did not do it for some reason. I already own a 60gb PS3 and it has full backwards compatibility. I have no need to buy this bundle, my PS3 is just fine so far. But one thing is certainly for sure - I'm definitely getting the MGS4 game by itself once it comes out! This game just looks like it means straight-up business. I'm sorry but this is just one of the MAJOR reasons why I own a PS3, simply to play games like this, I just dont see any similar genre of games as good as this coming out the 360. I was actually planning to buy it later in December for Christmas 2007, but I then heard the news in October that Sony were planning to stop making the 60gb version and stop backwards compatility for the PS2. Unchartered was the second game I bought for my PS3. I completed the game and it was thoroughly enjoyable and fun to play. The graphics are simply the best I've seen on any console yet. The storyline and feel of the game is very cinematic indeed. Anyone who owns a PS3 and does not have this game yet must buy it immediately, it's that good!
That was a over a month ago. When I first bought my copy of GTA 4, it froze on me twice, the second time being the longest. The PS3 online patch came out a few weeks after GTA 4's release and since then I have not had any problems with it, mine plays just fine.
